When you shop on-line at Climescape.com   our garments can only be shipped within Canada at this time.  Climescape garments will soon be available at retailers throughout North America and Europe, please visit our Store Locator to find a retailer in your area.

All on-line orders in Canada ship from our Cambridge Ontario location and should arrive within 3 – 10 business days from date of shipping.

• Orders of $100.00 or more receive FREE Ground Shipping.  Your order will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.  This offer is limited to web orders only.

• Orders under $100.00 will be shipped within Canada via our ground service and will arrive within  3 – 10 business days.   Some remote locations within Canada may take longer.    All ground shipped orders are tracked to ensure your orders arrive as expected. 

• Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processes according to where the item will be shipped.  All orders are shipped from our Cambridge, Ontario facility and take one to two days business days to process, in addition to the delivery times  shown.  Isolated and rural areas may take longer. 

• TAXES:  If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories,  Climescape must collect the applicable taxes as described:
• British Columbia (BC) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Manitoba (MB) – 8% RST on merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Quebec (QC) – 9.75% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• New Brunswick (NB) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST on merchandise and freight
• Prince Edward Island (PE) – 14% HST on merchandise and freight
• Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
• Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Yukon (YT) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
• Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight

• Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.  You can expect delivery 3-10 business days after your order is placed on Climescape.com
• FedEx Economy
• Properly completed orders will be processed in 1 business day.  You can expect delivery 2-3 business days after your order is placed on Climescape.com

Other Shipping Notes

• You will receive shipping and tracking information after your order has been processed .
• Please select the service you need up front, as no changes can be made to shipping options after the order has been submitted
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
