When you shop on-line at Climescape.com  if one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to return it.   Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

PRINT RETURN FORM

Email  customercare@climescape.com  to receive a Return Authorization number.  Products will not be accepted back without this number.  Please retain this number in your files for reference.

  • Insert Return Authorization Number on the return form you have printed.
  • Please indicate your original receipt.
  • Refunds will only be given in your original method of payment.
  • Fill in the style numbers of the item/s you are sending back to us in the Return Section.
  • Fil in the new style number, size or color you would like us to send to you as an exchange in the Exchange Section
  • Use your shipper of choice and mail the package to the address below,  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Retain your tracking number or delivery confirmation, Climescape is not responsible for packages lost in transit
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse,  you will receive email notification,  and your replacement product will be shipped, or if you are returning for a refund,  your refund will be processed at that time.

When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
